主講人簡介： Dr. Weidong Xiao qualified in chemistry from University of Sci. and Tec. of China and obtained a PhD in Molecular Virology from University of North Carolina. Latter in 1996,he became a Postdoctoral Fellow of the Institute for Human Gene Therapy University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. He is now a professor of the temple university ， America, and an assistant professor in Institute of Molecular Medicine of Huaqiao University, China. He is the first one in finding the decoded gene sequence of type Ⅰ AAV and constructing the vect or of type Ⅰ AAV for applying. Dr. Xiao is a famous professor in virus vector and gene engineering. His research achievement had been published in several international academic journals, such as PNAS ， Journal of Virology ， Hepatology ， Molecular Therapy ， Blood and so on. He also owns several American patents invention.
